Sunny’s Bar

Description

A pioneer of the local bar scene, Sunny’s is the grande dame as well as the best-kept secret of modern Red Hook nightlife. The bar has been in owner Sunny’s family since 1890, and after incarnations as a restaurant and a longshoremen’s bar, has settled nicely into its current life as an intimate waterfront saloon. Expect a homey atmosphere, weekly country/bluegrass jam sessions and other charms the locals don’t want you to know about.
