Tatiana by Kwame Onwuachi
Description
Chef Kwame Onwuachi calls his Lincoln Center restaurant a “love letter to New York,” but it’s also a fitting tribute to his Bronx upbringing and close-knit family. Named after his older sister, Tatiana features Afro-Caribbean cuisine interpreted through a New York City lens, with flavors from an array of NYC’s cultures. Favorite dishes include the braised oxtails with rice and peas, but save room for dessert indulgences like the Bodega Special, with brownie, powdered-doughnut ice cream and sorrel.
